Success Programs

CUNY in The Heights offers students with opportunities to participate in a variety of Success Programs to help them navigate their learning experience and earn their degree. Success Programs include:

  • Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP), (CUNY’s highly successful associate degree completion program, provides students with a range of academic, financial, and personalized supports to ensure students earn their associate degrees as quickly as possible. To learn more, complete the ASAP Interest Form.
  • Math Start helps associate degree-seeking students prepare for college-level math and meet CUNY’s math proficiency milestone in a collaborative, student-centered learning environment. For those students who intend on enrolling in college full-time following Math Start completion, the program fee is waived, and guidance to join ASAP seamlessly will be provided. Learning Options

BMCC offers flexible learning options to help you maximize your time. You have the option to attend classes at CITH or schedule your education during convenient times at other locations that fit in with your busy life.

Community Engagement

BMCC partners with local community leaders (elected officials/government, employers, education administrators, and non-profit community organizations) to leverage workforce and academic opportunities for student development, specifically around internships and employer engagement. We maintain relationships with industry partners nationally and internationally. We will help you recruit students from our talented community of learners. You can also work with us to design specialized learning opportunities that fit your organization’s needs. CUNY in The Heights is located at 5030 Broadway between 213th and 214th Streets in Manhattan.
– Take the A train to 207th Street and then
– Walk 3 blocks north to 213th and Broadway.
OR
– Take the 1 train to 215th St. and Broadway. When you exit the station just walk one block south and the building is there on 214th St. and Broadway.
