Project Sankofa was written and directed by Theatre Department Professor Karl O’Brian Williams. It tells the story of a young black man who is challenged to question his purpose in the world. Ancestors guide his journey through ritual, music, movement and spoken word.
Discussion with cast and designers will be led by Teisha Duncan, Artist in Residence in Performance at Skidmore College.
