The BMCC Theatre Department has organized a reading of Barbeque by Robert O’Hara.
The storyline involves two parallel families, one white and one African-American. We meet them, at different moments, in the same picnic area of a public park. Each is working toward an intervention, trying to get a family member into rehab.
