CANCELLED: Women’s Herstory Month: Lethal Moves for Ladies + LGBTQ

Lethal Moves for Ladies + LGBTQ is a self-defense class for women, by women. Lethal Moves covers survival strategies, self-defense theory, and the simplest, most effective self-defense moves that will help women survive life-or-death situations.

Participants will practice techniques on punching bags and have a safe space to discuss their experiences and methods that have worked for them in the past.
