The Panther Partners program is offering a week of virtual de-stress events that we can all do from home.
Take a few minutes to breathe deeply and consciously. Fill your lungs up with life energy and hold for a few seconds before exhaling. While inhaling, place a hand on your belly and make sure that your belly rises. While exhaling, think of all your stress flowing out of your body.
Goal-setting creates a structure that allows you to visualize your success and mitigate stress. By laying out the blueprints for your future, you allow yourself tighter control and thus eliminate stress throughout your conquest.
Tip: Use the “S.M.A.R.T Goals” technique to set your goals.
Share love! Write a letter to your Coach, a family member, or to a friend. Tell them how important they are for you.
Tip: Send to them electronically (preferable) or via mail.
Tip: The right music has the power to take away all your worries. Create a playlist of your favorite relaxing tracks and listen to it whenever you feel stressed.
