The Panther Partners program is offering a week of virtual de-stress events that we can all do from home.
A good massage can not only help you relax but also help reduce anxiety, digestive disorders, headaches, sleep issues and joint pains. You can give yourself a self massage if no one else is around. There is a practice of self massage called Abhyanga in Ayurveda which can be highly relaxing.
Tip: Watch a Youtube video teaching how to get yourself a massage.
Call someone that you haven’t talked to in a while. Show that you care! Call someone who you haven’t talked to in a while and check in on them.
Constant connection to social media can spread you thin. Challenge yourself to stay away from anything that sends you notifications. The less connected we are to the vast social world on the net, the more connected we are to ourselves.
Tip: Switch off your cell phone, close your laptop, and spend the day away from technology (after your classes).
Watch a nature documentary and be in awe! *Tip: Watch “Our Planet,” or “Night on Earth,” on Netflix.
