In Honor of Counseling Awareness Month, the Counseling Center presents:

What’s the 411 on Mental Health?

Come be a part of this valuable and interactive conversation on mental health literacy to help promote mental health and emotional wellness. You will have a chance to hear from four of our counselors–each of them will speak about a different aspect of mental health and self-care.

It will be an interactive experience and a large portion of the event will be set aside for questions and answers, and general discussion.
