“Cultivating Global Competencies in a Diverse World” is an NEH-funded interdisciplinary professional development and curriculum enhancement project that aims to universally infuse global competencies into BMCC’s humanities course offerings. Modeled after the successful implementation of the WAC (Writing Across the Curriculum) programs at BMCC, our project considers global competencies as one of the essential high impact skills our students must possess to be competitive in the 21st. century global economy.
