Passport Day: Are You Ready to Travel?

Planning to Study Abroad?
Apply for a passport without leaving the campus!

Passport Day at BMCC:

– Tuesday, November 15
– 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
– At BMCC Express (255 Greenwich Street)

Make an Appointment
Set up a 20 minute appointment with a USPS representative to apply for a passport by emailing dstengle@bmcc.cuny.edu.

Bring the following to your appointment:
1. Passport Application Form (unsigned)
    – Forms are available at your local post office or Room S-103G at 199 Chambers St.

2. Proof of US citizenship

3. Proof of Identity

4. One Passport Photo or have photo taken at appointment for an additional $15

5. Passport Fee and Execution Fee: 

Passport book: $110 check or money order only made payable to US Department of State

Execution fee:  $25 check or money order only made payable to US Postal Service

Photos fee (if applicable): $15 (add to Execution Fee) check or money order only made payable to US Postal Service
 
Note: Photos or images of documents are not acceptable proofs of identity or citizenship.
