The BMCC Downtown Symphony will present its fourth concert of the 2015-2016 season, the 24th Annual Opera on the Terrace, on Sunday May 15, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the Richard Harris Terrace at 199 Chambers Street. This free performance will be a concert version of Mozart’s opera The Marriage of Figaro.
The cast will include Ethan Fran, Melissa Gerstein, Doris Holz, Karen Jolicoeur, Marguerite Mousset, Sanford Rothenberg, Lars Woodul, and others. The BMCC Downtown Symphony will join the BMCC Downtown Chorus and the BMCC Select Chorus in the performance. The concert will be conducted by Douglas Anderson, Professor of Music.
