CUNY Start Program Information Session

December 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm

“CUNY Start helped me learn how to write, how to do research papers, and how to analyze information. I didn’t know I was capable of doing this level of work, but CUNY Start definitely gave me the confidence.”

CUNY Start is a low-cost 16 week program for CUNY community college students who are required to enroll in a remedial course(s). In the CUNY Start Program, students enroll in Pre-College Math and/or Academic Reading/Writing as needed. Each track includes College Advisement. At the end of the course, students have two opportunities to re-take the placement exams.
