Through curriculum innovation, career access, and community building, the organization’s goal is to achieve gender equality in tech. Join us for a discussion with Shantriya James to learn how BreakThrough Tech is bridging the gender gap for women, strategies to create an inclusive environment and the programs that are offered to support the academic career readiness of women entering the tech industry.
