The Department of Business Management invites you to a talk: What to Do About Diversity Fatigue, With Heather Caruso.
Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) efforts can be demanding: Acknowledge and rectify injustice. Reveal or acquaint ourselves with unsettling beliefs. Adjust our norms to be more inclusive of varying customs. Oh, and throughout the process, embrace communication, collaboration and negotiation with unlike-minded people. Many — even the most ardent diversity advocates — feel tired just thinking about the work it takes to get us united in an equitable and inclusive world. Join Heather Caruso for a discussion of how authorship, belonging, and competence may serve as key psychological “macronutrients” for energizing our engagement with diversity,
