Mindfulness and other contemplative practices encourage both introspection and deep noticing in our interactive spaces: the art of being present. In this second workshop, we will move more deeply into the practice of mindfulness in our classrooms and workspaces, exploring how we achieve non-judgmental self-awareness and situational awareness (the act of “just noticing”) and how we can and do work these processes into our teaching to create transformational learning experiences.
