Call to Activism

We invite CUNY students, faculty, staff and our surrounding community to join us and the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault to review and comment on the proposed Title IX Regulations. Get an overview of Title IX and the proposed changes, and work together to write individual or group comments.

The Department of Education released new proposed Title IX Regulations on November 16, 2018. A 60 day public NOTICE AND COMMENT period, during which time the public – including students, colleges and universities, advocates, individuals, coalitions, organizations, etc. – can submit comments detailing concerns or support. That period ends Monday, January 28, 2019.
