African Heritage Month Opening Ceremony

The BMCC African Heritage Month Committee is proud to invite everyone to attend the African Heritage Opening Ceremony Celebration on Wednesday, February 6, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the BMCC Cafeteria at Chambers Street.

The theme of this year’s ceremony is Africa United.  The ceremony will feature African drumming, spoken word, African art, and dance performances by the Eclectic Butterfly Dance Theater. A sampling of African and Caribbean dishes will be provided as well.
