This is the third meeting of a three-part self-defense seminar taught for women, by women. It will cover self-defense theory, conflict resolution & avoidance, and the psychological state one must reach to be able to defend oneself. In session 2 and 3, we will review the simplest, most effective techniques to prevent the type of extreme violence that women experience in their lifetimes, such as rape, kidnapping and murder.
