Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace. The effectiveness of meditation comes from deep relaxation. When we are deeply relaxed, the body and mind are refreshed and revitalized. This brings many benefits that are both immediate and long lasting.
The BMCC Learning Academy has arranged for the Calm City NYC Meditation Van to park on campus for a few hours and give BMCC students a chance to experience the benefits of meditation.
Appointments are recommended, but not required–walk-ins are welcome.
