Assistant Vice President for Finance
As BMCC’s Assistant Vice President for Finance, Samuels serves as the college’s Business Manager and Comptroller, monitoring BMCC’s budget, accounting records and financial reporting.
A certified public account and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Samuels previously held Controller’s positions at Band-X Inc. telecommunications company, John Jay College CUNY and Puerto Rican Family Institute, among other institutions and corporations. She has an MBA from St. Peterburg’s College of Economics and Commerce in Russia, and also studied at Baruch CUNY and American Institute of Banking.
