Are You Looking for a Job and Need a Mentor to Guide You?

StreetWise Partners pairs with business professionals with mentees to provide them with the skills, resources, and access to networks that they need to secure and maintain employment. Receive individual career guidance and expand your professional network through our free 3-month mentoring program hosted at top NYC corporate offices!

• Learn about career planning, resume writing, interview techniques, networking, LinkedIn, and workplace culture.
• Receive individualized support from 1 or 2 mentors with similar industry preferences, career interests, and personal interests
• Have access to a network of thousands of volunteer professionals, mentees, and alumni graduates; as well as, ongoing professional development opportunities and job updates.

As they move closer to offering job placement opportunities, they want to make sure they are bringing in mentees into the program who are looking to go into the fields that have the most connections in – so in the near future, they want to concentrate on Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Media, Technology and Human Resources. This does not mean students who are interested in other fields will not be considered, but they will be giving priority to these industries since they know there will be a greater chance for them to connect our participants to the resources, networks and ultimately job opportunities that they need to start their careers.

StreetWise Partners’ Impact
Last year, after 13 weeks in the program, 55% mentees found employment and another 33% were employed by 1 year. The average mentee income increased by over 60%, and 100% of mentees said their professional network doubled on average during the program.
