The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), offers various need-based and merit-based scholarships for CIEE Study Abroad programs. They aim to make study abroad more accessible to students who face financial challenges. CIEE also offers a fully-funded study abroad program known as the Frederick Douglass Fellowship.
