CUNY Research Scholars Program and BMCC Foundation Fund Meeting

This is meeting is for returning CRSP Scholars and new and returning BFF researchers.

CUNY Research Scholars Program (CRSP) aims to increase the participation of high achieving CUNY community college students in faculty mentored research in science and technology. CRSP participants must be full-time students majoring in a STEM field. CRSP is a rigorous program and provides $5000 for a 1 year commitment to mentored research through one academic year and summer. CRSP students are required to give oral presentations, poster presentations, attend career development seminars and produce a publication quality research paper.

The BMCC Foundation Fund for Undergraduate Research (BFF) program, internally funded by BMCC, is also administered by Dr. Bach and supports an additional 10 exceptional students in STEM faculty mentored research. This program resulted from Dr. Bach’s initiative to expand the research community at BMCC by engaging the most promising STEM students in research.
