De-Stress with Panther Partners: Tuesday Tips

The Panther Partners program is offering a week of virtual de-stress events that we can all do from home.

1. Watch the sunrise

The morning sun energizes you and fills you with positive energy.

Tip: If you don’t catch the sunrise, watch the sunset, or both!

2. Get moving

Exercise triggers the brain to release feel-good hormones called endorphins, which will make you feel good. Yeah, it really is that simple.

Tip: Download the App “FitOn”  for free and start working out at home. You can Zoom your friends and workout together!3. Separate some clothes to donate

3. Reorganize your space

Clean that one room/area of your house that has been driving you crazy. Trust us, you’ll feel a lot better when the organizing is done.

4. Learn or play a musical instrument

Playing music is fun and can be an excellent stress reliever. You can easily learn the basics using the countless tutorials available on the internet.

OR Start learning a new language.
