Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace: Embrace your Natural Hair

The purpose of this workshop is to raise awareness of hair discrimination in the workplace and empower women of color to embrace their natural hair styles at their places of employment. This workshop will also educate women of color on how to navigate complex situations regarding hair biases and resources to combat hair discrimination at their workplace.
