This workshop will focus on learning skills to change your thinking to better manage your anxiety. We will also focus on increasing awareness and mindfulness to reduce feelings of anxiety. You will learn some techniques used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an effective technique to help people better manage their own lives.
