Join us as we discuss the increase in hospitalization cases for individuals during the holidays and how to adjust for the holidays, which are statistically one of the most stressful times of the year.

Girls Talk is a weekly discussion group designed to support women-identified students, to foster connection, and create a brave space. The group discusses important, fun and open free-flowing topics about their experiences, life, academics, family, and more! Discussions are facilitated by a WRC staff member with guest speakers, collaborators and guests.
