Every Monday, from 10:30 – 11 a.m. on Zoom, counselors from College Discovery and the Counseling Center will guide you in meditation techniques using the 10-Minute Mind. These sessions are open to all BMCC students who want to experience a sense of calm, balance and focus. No experience necessary.
