Protecting Your Privacy in the Age of Surveillance

The BMCC Library invites you to a workshop on protecting your privacy in the age of surveillance. The workshop will cover

• types of surveillance
• the history of online surveillance in the United States
• examples of surveillance in NYC and at CUNY

There will also be a a hands-on activity. Participants will gain greater control over their online presence and will be able to make informed choices with regard to their online activities.
