The world before us in 2021 will require imagination and creativity as we are called to envision and build a just and equitable society for all. Through creation, we are able to experience a different way of knowing what’s true in our world and choose a different way of sharing our knowledge with the world, as well.
To this end, join us for a hands-on workshop on podcasting and audio recording! Where in the middle of a podcast boom, and anyone can join!
For our session, we will talk about the basics of remote recording, free software for audio editing, and places to host your podcast. We will also spend time together brainstorming podcast topics and perhaps doing a practice interview or two in small groups.
RSVP for the Zoom link and suggested materials.
This is the fifth workshop in Imaginarium: Creative Expression for Everyone Series.
Imaginarium: Creative Expression for Everyone is a series of hands-on workshops providing an opportunity for students and other community members to explore the place of creative expression in their lives, tapping into self knowledge and building skills for our current and future planet. Participants create their own works in each session and have the option to create a portfolio of their projects on the BMCC OpenLab.
