Veterans Resource Center: Jericho project / Help USA / NYC Commission on Human Rights / US Marine Corps Birthday Celebration / VET Chat / Women Veterans Group Session

The Veterans Resource Center actively supports veteran students at BMCC.  Our workshops and group discussions will tell about employment opportunities and continuing your education after BMCC as well as resources and services for veterans. Plus you will be able to meet and socialize with other student veterans.

• We’ll hear about housing services for vets through the Jericho Project .
• We’ll learn about services offered by Help USA.
• The NYC Commission on Human Rights protects veterans against discrimination–we will learn more about this.
• It’s time for the US Marine Corps Birthday Celebration!
• Vet Chat: Talk to other student vets about matters of mutual concern.
• Women Veterans Group Chat: A chance for BMCC’s female student veterans to meet and connect with each other.
