Veterans Resource Center: Presentations by FDNY, NYPD and Edge 4 Vets

The Veterans Resource Center actively supports veteran students at BMCC.  Our workshops will give you useful information and a chance to meet other student veterans.

This workshop will explore employment opportunities at the Fire Department of NY (FDNY) and the NY Police Department (NYPD).

We will also hear from Edge 4 Vets, an organization which helps veterans translate their strengths from the military into tools for civilian success. The program helps veterans meet challenges and seize opportunities to find a job and career in America’s workplace of the future.
