The Department of Social Sciences, Human Services and Criminal Justice invites you to a virtual tour of the Museum of the City Of New York focusing on Activist NY And Tracing the Legacy Of Housing Discrimination in NYC.

In this 75-minute virtual tour, explore the history and legacy of housing discrimination in New York City and learn how activists mobilized to fight for equal housing rights in the city. This program features resources from the Museum of the City of New York’s Activist New York exhibition, and contemporary data visualizations featured in the Museum’s 2019-2020 special exhibition Who We Are: Visualizing NYC by the Numbers.
