This webinar is part of a Bringing Theory to Practice (BTtoP) initiative that links two core, growing concerns of higher education: student well-being and educational equity. What does it mean to put support for student flourishing at the center of our commitment to equity? What does it mean to place equity, diversity, and inclusion of our commitment to fostering student well-being?
This webinar will explore both questions, with a focus on historically underserved students, including students of color, first-gen students, low-income students, and adult, working students. Speakers will discuss frameworks for understanding the connection between well-being and equity and adaptable campus practices that can advance flourishing for students of all backgrounds.
