Women’s HerStory Month: I Am Femen Documentary Film Screening Followed by Panel: Natasha Kurchanova

I Am Femen is a film that documents a group of Ukrainian female activists fight against patriarchy, corruption and the complicity of the Easter Orthodox Church in sustaining patriarchy and dictatorships in Ukraine, Belorussia and Russia using performance and visual art. Following the screening, art historian Natasha Kurchanova will speak about art and performance in the region.
