Come to this movement class for some light kickboxing (easily modified), followed by rejuvenating tai chi, meditation, and stretching. Bring a glass of water and make sure you have enough room to swing your arms and take some steps from side to side.
About the instructor: Caroline Mays is an English professor at BMCC who also teaches karate and women’s self-defense. She has been training in martial arts for 20 years.
