UN Symposium of African Diaspora and International Education

The theme of this upcoming event will be advancing education for all persons of African descent.

Towards this goal, this symposium will have representatives of:

  • American historically black colleges and universities
  • Institutes of higher education with large African diaspora student populations
  • Government representatives, including ministers of education from African, Caribbean, and South American countries
  • Information communication technology institutions dedicated to advancing education through distance learning
