WRC Girls Talk: Women in the Music Industry

From Rock-n-roll to R&B , women have always had a special place in the music industry. Come discuss how music has changed due to the presence of more empowered women and what the future of music may look like.

Girls Talk is a weekly discussion group designed to support women-identified students, to foster connection, create brave space.  The group discusses important, fun and open free-flowing topics about their experiences, life, academics, family, and more! Discussions are facilitated by a Women’s Resource Center (WRC) staff member with guest speakers, collaborators and guests.

Open To: All BMCC and CUNY Identified Women 

Attend 4 or more Girls Talk sessions per semester for Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) credit.
