Information Resources and Technology (IRT) provides information technology leadership and support to both students and employees. Working in partnership with the City University of New York, IRT delivers information technology and telecommunications services in support of the BMCC community. Services range from help desk and workstation support to providing enterprise-wide services in networking, systems, security, systems development, and telephony to protect the integrity of the College’s data and administrative systems.
Services provided by IRT include: College Provided Device Support, Email Account Setup, Desktop Support, General Student Computing Lab, Service Desk, MAC Support, Printer Support, Telecom Support, Service Alerts and Wireless Access.
