BMCC’s Office of Administration and Planning is responsible for the fiscal integrity of the college and works in conjunction with students, faculty, and management to support the college’s mission. Reporting units in this office include: Purchasing and Contracts, Accounts Payable, Budget/Fiscal Office, Risk Management, Reprographics and Events and Space Reservations.
In addition, the Office of Administration and Planning oversees Buildings and Grounds, which oversees campus facilities to meet the environmental expectations of students, faculty and staff. This unit is committed to a standard of service excellence to build and maintain a clean, safe and comfortable learning and working environment.
Other key functions under the Office of Administration and Planning include: Design and Construction, Capital Projects, Conference and Auxiliary Services, Sustainability, Public Safety and Emergency Services.
