remi alapoIn Celebration of the Women’s HerStory month of activities at BMCC, please join Professor Remi Alapo, Department of Ethnic and Race Studies, for a discussion and question and answer session on the “Role of Culture on Women’s Leadership.” During the discussion, Professor Alapo will be sharing excerpts from her publication on the Role of Culture on the Leadership Styles of Women in Leadership Positions. We will be exploring and discussing societal gender roles, expectations and norms from diverse societal perspectives including a cross-cultural perspective on the narrative of “A Woman Just Like Me”.
