Get the classes you need and the schedule you want. In addition to our 15-week session, registration is open for our Spring Express (7-week and 8-week sessions).

If you are:

1. Meet with your advisor

  • Be prepared. Review your Degree Audit to learn what classes are needed for your major and make a list of courses you wish to take. Using the Schedule Builder in CUNYfirst, create a schedule that works best for you.
    Note: When planning your schedule, please allow the minimum travel time between classes to/from the campus buildings.
  • Your advisor is looking forward to meeting you. Contact your advisor to schedule your advising session. Not sure who your advisor is, contact aatc@bmcc.cuny.edu.

2. Register for classes

  • After you’ve been advised, login to CUNYfirst to register.

    Note: Placing courses in your shopping cart DOES NOT save your seat. Take a moment and check your account to make sure you’re registered!
  • If you need registration assistance, you can meet with our live Panther Station Specialists on Zoom, Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

3. Register now and Pay later

  • Review your financial aid on CUNYfirst.
  • Contact the Bursar’s Office at bursar@bmcc.cuny.edu to settle your tuition bill. We have options to help you.
  • Contact Financial Aid for support.
  • Upload proof of vaccination now to CUNYfirst

    • NoteIf you are taking fully in-person or hybrid courses, you must show proof of vaccination at the time of registration, or your classes will be dropped before the start of the semester.
    • Vaccine deadline dates:
      Moderna: first dose by December 17
      Pfizer: first dose by December 24
      Johnson & Johnson: single dose by January 14
